Biography:

Morgan has been with TLGGR since 2010.  After graduating with honors from Georgetown University in 2001, Morgan pursued graduate studies in international affairs and worked for U.S. Department of State, the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars, and the World Bank’s international arbitration facility (ICSID).  While attending Albany law School, Morgan participated in the Philip C. Jessup International Moot Court Competition, the Karen C. McGovern Senior Prize Trials, and the Gabrielli Appellate Advocacy Moot Court Competition. Morgan also served as a judicial intern in the chambers of the Honorable Lawrence E. Kahn, U.S. District Judge for the Northern District of New York, and studied at the University of Paris X (Nanterres) for a semester in 2008.
