BIO

Catherine has been an associate at TLGGR since January of 2018 and is a contributing author to the American Bar Association’s Law of Performance Bonds, 3d Edition, “Chapter 5, The Surety’s Rights of Recovery Against Principal and Indemnitors under the Common Law and Indemnity Agreement.” Prior to joining the firm, Catherine worked full-time as a paralegal in the United States District Court, E.D.N.Y. while pursuing her J.D. in Touro Law’s part-time evening program. While at Touro, Catherine did a judicial externship with the Honorable Gary R. Brown, and an additional externship in the civil division of the United States Attorney’s Office, EDNY. Catherine was a member of the Touro Law Review and served as a Constitutional Law Editor.
